Where

Ourense

Ourense is a city in Galicia, northwestern Spain known for its historic Roman bridge and numerous thermal hot springs. It's full of beautiful terraces and great bars and restaurants. We can't wait to share it with you.

The Venue

Pazo de Toubes

Surrounded by vineyards in the Galician countryside, this 18th-century manor estate will host our ceremony, garden receiption (weather permitting but it's summer in Spain!), and the after party.

Travel

By Plane

The quickest way to reach Ourense is to fly from London to Santiago direct and then get a short high speed train, or drive. Alternatively, you can fly to one of the nearby airports or into Madrid, then take a direct train or drive to Ourense:

Santiago de Compostela (SCQ) ~35m direct train / 1h drive

Vigo-Peinador (VGO) ~1h direct train or drive

A Coruña (LCG) ~1h 30m direct train / drive

Porto Airport, Portugal (OPO) ~1h 45m drive

Madrid-Barajas (MAD) ~2h 15m direct AVE train

By Car

• Via Plymouth to Santander ferry (Brittany Ferries), then a scenic ~4.5–5 hour drive across northern Spain to Ourense.
• Driving down through France into northern Spain.

Free parking is available for guests at the venue (Pazo de Toubes).

How do I get to the venue and back?

If you're staying in Ourense city centre we'll have coaches to and from the venue at various times. If you're driving there's parking at the venue.
